HMD™ DETOXIFICATION PROTOCOLS

I, Dr. Georgiou, have been working in the field of heavy metal detoxification for a number of years now and was the Prinicipal Investigator involved in the development of the HMD™ - Heavy Metal Detox. Subsequently I have gained quite a lot of clinical experience, having used the product with over 500 patients to date in different parts of the world. Let me share with you some of this clinical experience so that you, or your patients can best benefit from the product.

1. HMD™ HEAVY METAL DETOX - 120ml (4oz) bottle - one month's supply

Having developed the HMD™ a few years ago after running double-blind, placebo-controlled trials with 350 people, it began to be used by a number of practitioners around the world, including myself, with hundreds of patients.

What we found was that even though HMD™ was an effective and safe chelator, gently mobilizing and eliminating heavy metals from the body, there were some people who were having "detox symptoms" due to compromised or inefficient detoxification organs. These included people such as autistic children, sufferers of ADHD, MS and other neurological illnesses, as well as chronic fatigue syndrome, and cancer patients.

As a consequence of seeing these reactions in certain people, we began experimenting with a "drainage remedy" in order to open up the detoxification organs and facilitate the elimination of the toxins. This product is now called ORGANIC LAVAGE and you can read more about it below.

2. ORGANIC LAVAGE - 60ml (2 oz) bottle - one month's supply

Based on this clinical experience, I decided to formulate an organic drainage remedy that would faciliate the drainage of toxins through the detoxification organs such as the liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, gut as well as cleansing the blood. This formulation is now called ORGANIC LAVAGE. 

ORGANIC LAVAGE is a unique, organic herbal formula that helps to open up elimination channels in the body, therefore facilitating the "drainage" of harmful toxins from the body. The word "Lavage" derives from the French for "drainage." It is taken as a vegetable glycerine tincture that has a very pleasant taste and texture and is liked by all. In addition to the HMD™ Heavy Metal Detox and the Organic Lavage, it was decided to add Chlorella to complete the detox protocol. The reason for this is twofold - one is that Chlorella has the ability to mop-up toxic metals and other xenobiotics from the gut, therefore preventing their reabsorption. In addition, Chlorella also absorbs toxic metals from the mesenchyme or matrix of the cells (area of space outside the cells), and again prevents them from being reabsorbed into the cells.

3. CHLORELLA PYRENOIDOSA - 500mg (250 tabs per pot) - 40 days' supply at full dosage 

One of the problems that we encountered when trying to source good-quality Chlorella was that a lot of what is sold on the Internet and in health food stores is contaminated with high levels of toxic metals, but particulalry organic xenobiotics such as pesticides which are sprayed on crops and end up in underground water supplies, which the Chlorella feed on. When I asked for Certificates of Analysis of the various Chlorella products that I sourced, no-one would provide these, and the couple that I saw really had unacceptable levels way above the acceptable reference ranges.

Eventually I was able to source a non-toxic Chlorella which is grown in pristine clean conditions in the mountains of Japan - this is the ORGANIC CHLORELLA that is sold here today and comes with a Certificate of Analysis to prove that it is truly a "clean" Chlorella (please note that in today's toxic world it is literally impossible to find any food that is absolutely "clean," so we must work within the scope of "acceptable levels".

SUMMARY OF THE RECOMMENDED DETOX PROTOCOL
It is highly recommended for optimal detoxification to take all the products mentioned above. It is very difficult to determine how efficient each person's detoxification organs are, but judging from our own clinical work there are many people that have compromised detoxification systems for various reasons. Some of these have chronic diseases which may be a result of heavy metals, so helping the elimination of these metals is important. 

It is one thing to MOBILIZE metals from the organs and tissues using the HMD Heavy Metal Detox, but it is quite another to ELIMINATE them using drainage remedies such as the Organic Lavage and Chorella - here is a summary of the products that are highly recommended during any detox protocol: 

• HMD™ (Heavy Metal Detox) - helps remove many different heavy metals as proven in  large research studies
• ORGANIC LAVAGE - helps to drain and eliminate the toxic metals and chemicals from the body
• ORGANIC CHLORELLA - helps to absorb and eliminate metals and other chemicals from the GUT, as well as other parts of the body.

People removing amalgams - must begin BEFORE sitting in the dentist's chair and continue for 3-6 months AFTER completion of the amalgam removals. This cannot be emphasized enough as Dr. Georgiou has personally seen and treated many people who became really ill after amalgam removal, with degenerative diseases such as MS, Cancer, severe mitral valve prolapse, neurological disorders and others.

Please do not take amalgam removal lightly - Dr. Georgiou's advice is to leave the amalgams in if you are not prepared to follow a FULL DETOX PROTOCOL. Adding A-Lipoic Acid, an excellent antioxidant will also help protect from free radical damage from stray methylmercury during amalgam replacement. 

Autistic children and ADHD - research has shown that they tend to have compromised detoxification organs, so the FULL DETOX PROTOCOL should be followed to help the elimination of the toxins from the body.

Neurological diseases of all kind, including MS - it is crucially important to open the detox channels of the body while mobilizing metals with a chelator to prevent further damage to a sensitive nervous system.

Cancer - all cancer patients who are detoxifying from heavy metals and xenobiotics really need to go on a FULL DETOX PROTOCOL as recommended here, again adding A-Lipoic Acid into their regime.
