How do I take HMD™?

Its really quite simple – adults take 50 drops x 3 times daily of this herbal detox in some juice, a little before meals. What are heavy metals?

These are toxic metals found in our environment, in the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, as well as from industrial sources. These toxins include arsenic, aluminium, antimony, cadmium, lead, mercury, uranium and others. Our bodies derive no advantage whatsoever from these toxic metals - on the contrary, they are very harmful. Many research studies in the USA and Europe have linked heavy metal toxicity with a wide range of illnesses including cancers, neurological degeneration, autism, attention deficit disorders, Alzheimer's disease, joint problems and even obesity.

How do we get toxic?

Different heavy metals are absorbed in different ways. Taking mercury as an example - the most common source is from amalgam fillings in teeth, which most of us have. Research has shown that amalgam fillings give off a high dose of the gas methyl mercury - this can double in the blood and treble in the urine if you chew gum for 10 minutes!

It is important to note that even if the fillings are removed, the mercury is still in your body, causing havoc at a cellular level in many people. How does it work?

Interestingly, if one takes all the individual components that make up the HMD™, the herbal detox, do not work on their own. However, when they are all mixed together there appears to be a magic synergy that makes for a powerful but gentle chelator of heavy metals and other xenobiotics.
