SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed online are usually dispatched within 24 hours, or one working day of receiving them. Delivery dates will vary according to your location.

Upon receiving your package, carefully check the products with the enclosed receipt. Occasionally, the environmentally sound packing material inside your box can ‘hide’ and cover up smaller bottles. If there is a discrepancy, please call email Customer Services within 24 hours of receipt.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

USA

Orders shipped in the US are sent usually the most efficient way possible, using 4 different delivery routes via USPS. The system will automatically choose the quickest and most efficient way of sending all orders.

These orders are tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Some international orders can take up to 15 days, but most will arrive quicker.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

We are happy to refund any unopened items within 30 days of purchase.(*)

  • Only unopened, undamaged and unmarked products can be accepted
  • Plastic seals must still be intact
  • Returns must reach us within 30 days of purchase
  • Please notify us of damaged parcels or breakages within 3 days of receipt
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we cannot reimburse postage for returning products.
  • We recommend sending packages by insured post to ensure proper delivery
  • In some cases a small re-stocking fee may be charged

If you have ordered a product by mistake or have changed your mind, please email us first and we will provide instructions and an address where to return, based on your location.
