Every day, we are exposed to small amounts of metals and environmental contaminants through food, water, air, household products, workplaces and modern lifestyles. The body has its own natural detoxification and elimination systems, but nutritional and botanical support can be useful when someone wants to follow a more structured wellness programme.
The HMD® Ultimate Detox Pack brings together four complementary products developed to work as part of one coordinated programme.
Created by naturopath Dr George J. Georgiou, the HMD® system combines the original HMD® formula with herbal, nutritional and antioxidant support. Rather than relying on a single supplement, the Ultimate Wellness Pack provides a more comprehensive approach involving mobilisation, binding, nutritional support and normal elimination pathways.
It is designed for people who want the convenience of following the complete HMD® programme rather than purchasing the individual products separately.
HMD® forms the foundation of the HMD® programme.
The formula was developed following several years of research and combines carefully selected natural ingredients, including Chlorella Growth Factor and Coriandrum sativum (cilantro).
HMD® has been used internationally for many years in programmes designed to support the body’s natural handling and elimination of unwanted metals.
Rather than functioning as a conventional pharmaceutical chelating agent, HMD® was developed as a natural nutritional approach that can be incorporated into a longer-term wellness programme.
HMD LAVAGE® is a complementary herbal formula designed to accompany HMD®.
It contains traditional herbs commonly used in naturopathic practice to support the body’s normal liver, kidney and elimination functions.
The formula includes botanicals such as:
HMD LAVAGE® is included because a well-designed detox programme should not focus simply on mobilisation. Supporting the body’s normal elimination pathways is also an important part of the process.
HMD® CHLORELLA provides Chlorella pyrenoidosa, a freshwater green algae naturally containing chlorophyll and a broad range of nutritional compounds.
Chlorella has a long history of use as a nutritional supplement and is frequently incorporated into detoxification programmes.
Within the HMD® programme, chlorella provides additional nutritional support and acts as an intestinal binder. This makes it an important companion to the liquid HMD® formula.
HMD® MULTIS is a high-potency multivitamin and mineral formula developed to provide broader nutritional support during the programme.
Environmental metals can contribute to oxidative stress, which is one reason adequate antioxidant nutrition is important.
HMD® MULTIS therefore provides vitamins, minerals and antioxidant nutrients intended to support normal cellular function, energy metabolism and nutritional status while following the programme.
The greatest advantage of the Ultimate Wellness Pack is that it combines several different elements of a detoxification programme rather than relying on one product alone.
The pack combines:
HMD® – the core heavy metal detox support formula
HMD LAVAGE® – botanical support for normal elimination pathways
HMD® CHLORELLA – nutritional and binding support
HMD® MULTIS – vitamin, mineral and antioxidant support
Together, these products provide a more complete programme for people wishing to support their body’s natural detoxification processes.
Dr George J. Georgiou developed HMD® after several years of research into natural approaches to heavy metal detoxification.
Practitioners and consumers have since used the programme internationally.
Our approach has always been different from the idea of a dramatic or aggressive “fast detox.”
Heavy metals can accumulate gradually over many years. For that reason, we generally favour a progressive, structured approach that gives the body’s natural elimination systems time to function normally.
Detoxification is not necessarily a short-term process.
For someone wishing to undertake a structured programme, we generally recommend considering a period of approximately 90 days rather than expecting meaningful change from only a few days or weeks.
We therefore offer the programme in:
30-Day Packs – a practical introduction to the complete HMD® programme.
60-Day Packs – suitable for people who want a longer programme.
90-Day Packs – our most comprehensive option and the format we generally recommend for those wishing to follow the full programme.
Individual requirements will naturally vary depending upon lifestyle, diet, environmental exposure and personal circumstances.
Good hydration supports the body’s normal physiological processes.
During the HMD® programme, we recommend drinking enough clean water throughout the day. Herbal teas may also be included.
Requirements vary by body size, climate, physical activity, and health status, so hydration should always suit the individual.
We also recommend keeping alcohol consumption to a minimum while following the programme.
The liver performs many important metabolic and detoxification functions, and reducing unnecessary demands on it makes sense during any structured wellness programme.
A nutritious diet rich in vegetables, fruit, fibre and quality protein can also complement the programme.
The supplements are only one part of a healthy detoxification strategy.
For those wanting a more comprehensive lifestyle programme, we also recommend reviewing our:

The HMD® Ultimate Detox Pack is designed for people who prefer a complete, coordinated programme rather than selecting individual supplements themselves.
By combining HMD®, HMD LAVAGE®, HMD® CHLORELLA, and HMD® MULTIS, the pack provides nutritional, herbal, antioxidant, and detoxification support in one convenient system.
Choose your 30-Day, 60-Day or 90-Day HMD® programme and begin a more structured approach to supporting your body’s natural detoxification processes.
